File a patent in Iran with people who read the drawings first.
An invention is only as strong as the document that describes it. The claims decide what others may not do, the description decides whether those claims can be supported, and the drawings often carry the detail that wins an argument years later. Our work starts there, with a careful reading of what you have built and what makes it different.
We act for individual inventors, university teams, manufacturers and international companies that want protection in Iran. Some arrive with a finished application filed elsewhere and need it prepared for the Iranian registry. Others have a prototype, a set of notes and a question: is this worth protecting? We help with both, and we tell you plainly when a patent is not the right tool.
Because many of our clients are based outside the country, we handle the local side end to end: preparing documents in the form the registry expects, filing, following the application through examination, responding to objections and keeping track of maintenance. You receive concise updates in English and decisions are always yours to make.
Alongside patents we protect industrial designs for products whose value lies in their appearance, and we run trademark searches so the name on the product is as secure as the technology inside it.

Can a foreign company file a patent in Iran?
Yes. Applicants from other countries can seek patent protection in Iran, normally acting through a local representative who handles filing, correspondence with the registry and responses to examination. We act in that role and keep you updated in English.
What does a patent search tell me before filing?
A search shows what is already known in your field: earlier patents, published applications and other disclosures. It helps you judge whether the invention looks new, how to word the claims, and whether an existing right could stand in the way of your product.
Is the patent search on this site instant?
Not yet. Today the wizard sends a structured request to our team, who run the search and report back. An instant patent search tool is in development. The trademark check on this site does give an instant first reading.
Do you protect product designs as well as inventions?
Yes. Where the value of a product lies in its appearance rather than its function, industrial design registration can be the better fit. We often recommend both for products that are new in how they work and in how they look.
What should I send in my first email?
A working title, a short description of the problem and your solution, the countries where you have filed or plan to file, and any deadlines you know of. Keep confidential technical detail back until we have agreed how to handle it.
